Getting hold of acai is quite a difficult proposition: it lives right on the top of tall acai palms in the depths of the Amazon rainforest. If that isn’t deterrent enough then consider the local population who rely on Acai Berry
a great deal. Not only does the growth and harvest of acai bring the local popular a great deal of money (comparative to what they would have otherwise, anyway), but the local population actually eats a lot of acai berries. It is estimated that around 42% of the population’s food intake by weight is made up of acai. Very impressive numbers!

The popularity has soared recently since it was found that acai helps weight loss. But even if you’re confident that you don’t need help with weight loss, acai can help you in other ways, too. Amino acids, antioxidants, omega fatty acids; all these things are essential for your body’s growth and health, and all are contained within just the smallest portion of acai.

If you do want help from acai with weight loss then you should consider the many different products available to buy: whether it is juices, purees, preserves, pulps or supplements, all acai produces help weight loss if they are used correctly.
