Going on holiday is something that we all like to do. Some of us would definitely like to do it more often than we do! This is where a discount luxury travel membership can come in handy. After a one-time upfront payment membership providers like Global Resorts Network offer heavily discounted 7-day vacations to loads of destinations world wide.
The way in which Global Resorts Network sources these vacations also means that the destinations are always changing – no more traveling to the same old tired, boring timeshare. The network gets its vacations from those places in resorts and timeshares that the owners cannot sell in time. Global Resorts Network uses its buying clout to purchase wholesale and pass the substantial savings on to its members.
The Global Resorts Network is the home based business opportunity arm of the Gold Crown Resort (which in turn is the company that actually offers the memberships). Joining the Global Resorts Network as an individual distributor means that you market the membership product (which shouldn’t be too hard to do!) and then earn up to $1000 every time one of your customers signs on the dotted line.

It has been said that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Unfortunately this turns out to be rather more accurate we would hope. Certainly in the case of Ares Destiny it is definitely true, and what you don’t pay for upfront you certainly will pay for later, in one way or another.
On the face of it Ares Destiny is a slick version of the Ares filesharing software. The website is nice and clean, the download process clearly explained and the installation pretty much self-running. So far so good.
While all this is happening, and while you are downloading your first few favorite tracks from others around the world, something nasty is eating away underneath Ares Destiny… Everyone’s favorite ad-serving software, Dealio, has been installed on your computer. You want to get it off right now? Sure you do. Wait, you can’t do it? Then join the club. Thousands of others have been ‘infected’ with Dealio and there is little you can do about it.
Why the makers of Ares Destiny decided to go this route remains a mystery – certainly this unwelcome addition spoils a perfect adequate piece of software – but it would appear to be a question of money over morals.

I wanted to download some free music the other day. A simple enough aim you might think, as did I. So I fired up my old favorite filesharing application on my new computer and… and…. Nothing. It didn’t work. Turns out Vista’s new enhanced security settings don’t think that filesharing is a good idea. I respectfully disagree but I don’t have the technical knowledge to be able to do anything about it, unfortunately.
So off I went, looking for an alternative (to the filesharing app, not to Windows Vista). A quick search in Google brought me to Ares Vista which, it promised me, would have no problems working with Windows Vista.
Slightly dubious, I fired up Ares Vista and…. And…. It just worked. Just like that. From the point of deciding to go with Ares Vista to the point of downloading the latest Shania Twain album was under 10 minutes. On top of that the whole app loads up very quickly and the interface is well set out and logical.
All this success made me happy enough, but there was more joy in store: Ares Vista really is so much better than my older filesharing software in so many ways: if only I’d changed sooner!

Radiohead’s back catalogue will soon be available through iTunes. This is big news, apparently, but we’re not really bothered because we own all the albums from their original releases. Gloating over. This is great news for Radiohead fans around the world.
EMI has now permitted iTunes to offer the songs from the six Radiohead albums released on the label. The legal music downloads should satisfy people who only discovered Radiohead after they offered their last album for free music download.
The Radiohead songs will be available as individual music downloads or as full albums. Take your pick.
Next up for iTunes is the seemingly insurmountable challenge of getting the rights to sell the Beatles back cat as legal music downloads. It is expected that Apple will finally have access to the music of the Beatles, but it’s anyone’s guess when this will happen. For now, music fans will have to put up with legal music downloads from Radiohead.

Getting into this free music downloading thingy has been on my list of things to do for a while. All this news and comment on it lately has piqued my interest again and I set out on a mission to download some software and get going.
I’m fairly good when it comes to computers but this was still very much a journey into the unknown for me. Fortunate really that I found Ares Ultimate.
Ares Ultimate was the first filesharing program I found, the first I downloaded and the first I used. It was also the last as it manages to do everything I want it to without over complicating matters and without trying to get me to do a 101 things that I didn’t even know I wanted to do. It lets me find and download the music I want. It does this efficiently and without fuss. I don’t want anything else.
So yeah, I’m pretty pleased with Ares Ultimate and will definitely recommend it to my friends. There might be a lot of bad press and scaremongering going around about the dangers of filesharing but I’m still pretty pleased I got into the game when I did. Long live filesharing! Long live Ares Ultimate!
